You will work on a mix of complex Parenting and Property matters, including but are not limited to: binding financial agreements; de facto issues and divorce applications; property settlements; children's issues including parenting plans and child support assessments; spousal support; and domestic violence. CANDIDATE: Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' post admission experience in family law; a strong profile in this area of practice as well as an interest in building your network further within the Gold Coast region with the full support of the firm. Specialist Accreditation or on the path to Accreditation, will also be highly regarded.
