Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join our team in a range of roles, including Earthmoving Plant Operators and Laborer/Road Workers.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for operating plant and machinery, performing road maintenance, earthworks, drainage, and general civil construction activities. They will also assist with traffic management and site safety setups as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Earthmoving Plant Operators:
o Operate a range of plant and machinery, including rollers, graders, excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
o Perform road maintenance, earthworks, drainage, and general civil construction activities.
o Support traffic management and site safety setups as required.
* Laborer/Road Workers:
o Use hand and power tools and equipment to carry out routine physical tasks individually and in a team environment.
o Assist with construction of new pavements and maintenance of existing pavements, including spreading and compacting materials.
Requirements
* Experience in operating plant and machinery, including rollers, graders, excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
* Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
