We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and "switched on" Payroll/Accounts Clerk to join a successful and growing Melbourne Law Firm.
About the role....
Reporting to the Practice Manager and as a key member of the finance team you'll primarily be responsible for the full payroll function and assist the wider team when required.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
• process fortnightly payroll and all payroll related matters using Employment Hero
• ensure superannuation, Tax and legal obligations are met
• calculate and process all leave
• respond to employee payroll enquiries
• process office accounts
• reconcile credit cards and expenses Skills and experience we'd love...
• at least 2 years' experience as a payroll/accounts clerk in a law firm
• exposure to trust accounts an advantage
• strong attention to detail
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to meet deadlines and work within time frames On offer is an excellent salary package commensurate with experience, together with the option to WFH one day a week.
