As the Campus Director and Nominated Supervisor, you will use your extensive experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with the Day One leadership team.

Our ideal candidate for this managerial position is an individual who demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for a hands on career working with children, families and educators. We are looking for a driven, creative and resourceful mentor for our team of Educators.
As the Centre Director you will be required to ensure compliance, run the daily operational components of the business, report monthly to the Owner on a range of KPIs, develop and mentor our team, strive for excellence whilst being guided by the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Frameworks. You will be responsible for managing the centre budgets, ratios, rosters and staffing requirements.
Please ensure you meet the following skills and experience:
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills for a team with a range of experience levels
* Early Childhood qualifications
* Have First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, or willingness to immediately obtain
* A minimum of 5 years experience as a Centre Director
* Have a proven history with the implementation of NQF, EYLF and Kindergarten guidelines
* Excellent presentation and communication verbally and written
* Current Suitability Card
* Happy disposition
