As a Community Sales Specialist, you will be the key to unlocking sales success in our retail partner stores.
You will engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to drive the sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
Building strong relationships with customers and store staff is crucial to achieving this goal. You will provide exceptional customer service, educate store staff on the latest Apple products and services, and maintain Apple fixtures and merchandising elements according to Apple's standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences and train store staff on Apple's latest offerings.
* Demonstrate products and assist customers in setting up their new Apple devices.
* Ensure Apple's visual merchandising guidelines are consistently met throughout the store.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
* Availability to work a regular schedule of Thursdays to Sundays at partner stores.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highest levels of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
