BiteFlow is a dynamic company based in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia, specializing in optimizing online food delivery for hospitality businesses through strategy, consulting, and creative services. We partner with leading hospitality groups, franchisees, and virtual kitchens to enhance their presence on platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog.
We are seeking a Marketing & Content Lead to own our brand presence and marketing initiatives. This role involves creating engaging content, managing digital channels, and executing marketing campaigns to position BiteFlow as a leader in digital hospitality solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Develop social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy that reflect our brand and engage our audience.
2. Social Media Management: Oversee our social channels, ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Manage website content, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
4. Marketing Communications: Create newsletters and internal updates aligned with strategic goals.
5. Marketing Collateral Development: Collaborate on sales materials and digital assets for campaigns.
6. Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
7. Performance Monitoring: Track marketing metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
8. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with company objectives.
9. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of social media and digital marketing trends to maintain relevance.
About You
You are a versatile marketer with a passion for content creation, digital channels, and brand growth. You are creative, strategic, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to own and develop the marketing function.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications.
* Proven skills in creating engaging social media content, including copywriting, graphic design (Canva/Adobe), and short videos.
* Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
* Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Suite.
* Strong communication skills, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
* Passion for digital marketing trends and applying them to enhance brand presence.
