Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
* Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
* Create individualized therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
* Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
* Emphasize flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.

* Current registration with AHPRA
* Australian working rights
* Willingsness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
