About You
Driven and collaborative by nature, you bring 2 years of sales or sales support experience along with high energy and a go‐getter attitude. With a sound understanding of backend and CRM ERP systems, you will take ownership of the role liaising with dealers and customers across the Kelly network.
In this office‐based role with occasional travel, you will have a high level of communication skills both verbal and written, with tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, or a related field.
Ideally you have exposure to the agricultural or machinery industries, or a similar technical sector.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships.
* Manage the customer pipeline, ensuring high level of customer support throughout the sales process.
* Provide support in warranty administration and spare parts.
* Work closely with the two Sales Managers to add value to dealers and customers across mainly the Australia market but also New Zealand and South Africa.
