Zambrero is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members/Supervisors at our Woden location. As a Team Member/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious Mexican-inspired meals, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Take customer orders and prepare meals according to Zambrero's recipes and standardsEnsure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all timesProvide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guestsTrain and supervise team members to ensure efficient operationsAssist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyStrong communication and leadership skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsFood safety certification is a plus

We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. What You’ll Do
Our team members take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a team member, you will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be.
Providing exceptionally friendly customer service Following recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periodsPreparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volumeAdhering to food handling, safety and sanitisation standardsAssisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurantAnything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience
