Join Our Team at Pure Mushrooms!
We’re a family-run mushroom farm with a passion for growing quality produce – and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our friendly team in a hands-on farm labourer role.
This is a physical job that’s perfect for someone who enjoys active work, working with their hands, and being part of a supportive crew. It can be a bit messy at times – but if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty and you’ve got a robust work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
· Cleaning growing rooms and farm equipment
· General manual labour and physical farm tasks
· Watering and caring for mushroom crops
· Repairing mushroom growing trays
· Assisting on the tray emptying and tray filling lines
· Forklift driving (if licensed – optional)
What we’re looking for
· Someone physically fit and capable of manual labour
· A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
· Reliable and punctual
· Comfortable working in a team and on your own
· Happy to work in a hands-on farm environment
· Forklift license (a bonus, not essential)
· MR Truck Licence (also a bonus)
Work hours
· Monday to Thursday: Start between 6:00–7:00 AM, finish approximately 3:30 PM
· Friday: Start between 6:00–7:00 AM, finish approximately 2:30 PM
· Work is finished when the job is done
· Occasional weekend and public holiday work may be required
