The YMCA of South Australia is seeking passionate Assistant Educators and Lead Educators to join our new Early Learning Centre (ELC) opening in Strathalbyn in early 2025.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping young minds and positively impacting the lives of children and their families. Working under the guidance of the ELC Director, your responsibilities will include assisting families with sensitivity and professionalism, assisting with positive behaviour management procedures, and promoting the inclusion of children with additional needs.

**ABOUT THE Y**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Must hold or be working toward a qualification of Early Childhood Education (or relevant field)
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR
- (HLTAID012) Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
- Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect" (RRHAN) training
- (Desirable) Experience interacting with groups of children from 0-6 years
- Awareness of accountability, Legal liability, and duty of care to children
