About the Position
This is a permanent full-time role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial assets. Your key objective will be to execute an asset plan through efficient tenant retention and cost control to maximize the value of each asset.
* You will formulate annual capital income and expenditure budgets, as well as undertake monthly forecasting to ensure that these goals are met.
