The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our team. This hands-on role covers a mix of building maintenance, repairs, and remedial works. You’ll work both independently and with subcontractors, delivering jobs to a high standard while ensuring safety and efficiency. Light supervisory tasks, client communication, and safety documentation will also be part of your role.
What You’ll Do
* Perform general building works: patching, painting, tiling, door/hardware repair and general tasks
* Conduct site reviews, report conditions and complete allocated tasks.
* Liaise with clients and ensure minimal disruption on site.
* Work with or coordinate subcontractors on smaller jobs.
* Complete SWMS, risk assessments, and maintain WHS compliance.
* Keep accurate job records and ensure clean, safe sites.

Requirements
* Driver’s Licence & Own reliable vehicle
* General Construction White Card
* Police Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable (not essential/willingness to obtain)
* EWP >11m, Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR
