Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective project management frameworks to ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Manage complex stakeholder groups including academics, researchers, and senior business leaders.
* Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
* Apply best practice in change, communication, and stakeholder engagement to support adoption.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering enterprise-wide business and technology projects in higher education or similarly complex environments.
* Strong capability in business process change, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across academic and business settings.
* Proven track record in managing vendors, internal teams, and external partners to achieve project outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
