Maintenance Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and presentation of our holiday apartment portfolio.
* The ideal candidate will have a positive, hands-on attitude and a keen eye for detail.
* Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance across multiple holiday apartments, developing an ongoing preventative maintenance plan, and carrying out minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
* Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain accurate records of maintenance works and compliance, coordinate with external contractors and suppliers when required, and ensure apartments are presented to a high standard at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance or building management role is essential.
* A trade background is preferred but not essential.
* The successful candidate will possess strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general property upkeep.
* Excellent time management, administration, and organisational skills are also required.
