About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic people-focused leader with extensive demonstrated experience in policy, strategy and program development. As the Unit Manager of Home Support, you will play a key leadership role within the Ageing Well Department.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team of case managers and service coordination staff in the delivery of high-quality client focused service planning and coordination.
* Ongoing continuous improvement activities to drive high performance and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive demonstrated experience in policy, strategy and program development.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Services / Allied Health / Social Sciences or equivalent.
