Customer Service Agent at Boral in Norwood, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity within the Concrete Contact Centre.
Your opportunity
Do you pride yourself on being reliable, driven and self-motivated? We are looking for a Customer Solution Agent to provide support for customers regarding orders and general inquiries. Availability is required Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm with overtime opportunities during the week and on Saturdays from 6:00am–12:00pm.
Responsibilities
* Receiving orders and entering them into systems in a precise and agile manner (training provided).
* Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network.
* Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery information to the customer using vehicle tracking systems.
* Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
