The primary responsibility will be the overall quality of the programs within the locations under your leadership, staff leadership and supporting with the growth of the program.

About the role
The coordinator is responsible for ensuring services are high quality and comply with Omnia Inclusive policies, National Disability Service Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00
In this role, some of the key responsibilities include:
* Develop, coordinate, and deliver group and individualised programs that support the goals of young NDIS participants
* Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
* Oversee program logistics including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessments
* Monitor outcomes and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and person-centred planning principles
* Lead and support a small team of youth workers and facilitators
* Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for participants to build confidence, life skills, and social connections
About you
The suitable incumbent would have:
* Experience in youth work, disability services, community development, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of the NDIS and experience supporting young participants with complex needs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A creative, strengths-based approach to program design and delivery
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, or activities at once
* Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Youth Work, Disability, or similar
* Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and valid driver’s licence
