The Candidate
The successful candidate will be driven, organised and have specialised skills in property law and legal practice generally. We are looking for a lawyer with excellent legal knowledge and passion for the work that we do. You will demonstrate an ability to prioritise your workload and manage a small team.
They will possess the following:
● Have excellent knowledge and experience in property law and conveyancing;
● It will be highly favoured to also have estate planning and/or general practice knowledge and experience;
● Take pride in offering a high level of service to clients;
● Excellent communication and drafting skills including complex matters;
● The ability to take ownership of the role and make it your own.

We are expanding and looking for a property and conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 3-years post-admission experience to join our busy practice.
We are looking for candidates who are invested in their career progression and continued learning.

● A current Practising Certificate (or ability to acquire)
● 3-years post-admission property and conveyancing law experience;
● Proven ability to deliver outcomes;
● High level of integrity;
● The ability to work proactively as part of a team and individually;
● The ability to think critically and work methodically;
● High attention to detail;
● A passion for property law;
● An open and positive mindset;
● The ability to communicate and present in a confident and assertive manner;
● The ability to take direction and give instruction, when appropriate; and
● Well-developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated lateral thinking.
● Knowledge and experience in any of the following will be highly favoured in addition to the above:
○ Estate Planning
○ Estate Administration
○ Commercial/Business Law
○ General Legal Practice
