About the Opportunity:We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Waiting experience advantageous.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
* Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
* Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
* Drive for beverage service
* Passion for delivering outstanding service
* Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
* Outgoing personality
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent presentation and grooming
* Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
* Must have RSA certificate
