About the Role This role will lead the coordination of procurement and logistics for the delivery of ICT for the Capital Works program, providing strategic and operational support across the program lifecycle to ensure alignment with the delivery of existing school builds. The role will oversee ICT procurement, vendor coordination and logistics planning to support technology deployments aligned with school construction and opening milestones. Including: * Lead the coordination and completion of program activities to support the delivery of ICT for the Capital Works program. * Update and maintain project deliverables in eduProject (project tracking and reporting tool) * Provide strategic and operational guidance and support across the program lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring and delivery. * Initiate and coordinate end-to-end ICT procurement and logistics activities across multiple program streams, including vendor coordination, requesting quotes, and delivery planning for ICT infrastructure and equipment * Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including VSBA project teams, project managers, construction contractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams. * Coordinate site delivery requirements and logistics planning aligned with construction timelines and school opening milestones. * Identify, escalate, and support resolution of operational and site-specific build timeframes and logistics constraints impacting delivery. * Monitor program progress and prepare advice, communications and reporting to support decision-making and program oversight. * Maintain specialist operational knowledge of ICT procurement processes, vendor management and large-scale logistics coordination.Attributes * Program and project delivery * Reporting and analysis * Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of complex programs or projects, including coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and delivery streams. * Procurement and operational coordination * Strong understanding of ICT procurement processes, vendor coordination and delivery planning within a large organisational or government environment. * Process Improvements * Risk/Issues Management Desirable: Experience in project and stakeholder management along with the reporting and analysis work is desirable.
