Key Account Manager

To excel in this role, you will need to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and market share goals. You must identify customer opportunities and act accordingly. Develop and implement a territory overview plan using CRM systems; manage budgets effectively. Apply the company's selling process; conduct product training sessions while maintaining excellent knowledge about products.
* Optimize product ranging within stores; secure category initiatives with significant customers.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and participate in team events.
* Maintain adherence to OH&S requirements as well as corporate compliance standards by applying Bayer LIFE values.
