We are currently seeking a motivated, organised and friendly individual to join our team in a Front of House / Office Administration role.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and has strong communication and organisational skills.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Managing front desk and reception duties
* Responding to parent and client enquiries
* General office administration and data entry
* Creating newsletters and assisting with studio communications
* Managing spreadsheets, reporting and financial administration
* Assisting with payroll and financial systems
* Liaising with and assisting staff with administrative support
* Assisting with enrolments, bookings and scheduling
* Supporting human resources and staff communication processes
* Being present at events and assisting with on-floor operations and coordination
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy creative business
* We Are Looking For Someone Who:
o Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Has experience in communication and human resources administration
o Is highly organised and able to multitask
o Has strong computer, spreadsheet and administrative skills
o Has confidence working with financial administration and reporting
o Has payroll and Xero experience (an advantage)
o Works well independently and within a team
o Presents professionally and positively
o Has previous administration or customer service experience
o Has knowledge of the creative arts industry (an advantage)
Position Details
o Approx. 25 hours per week
o Permanent part time position-must be able to work Saturday.
o Flexible work environment with split hours available
o Some flexibility required during busy periods, performances and events
