About the role
Due to a sharp increase in new high-end Print Production products, we are looking to fill a Field Service Technician position to join our Perth Print Production team, providing outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base.
As a member of the Perth Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment. This role works within a team of dedicated technicians and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
**Requirements**:
To be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following:
- Your robust technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.
- Applicants must possess a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond
- Ability to work autonomously, whilst keeping in constant contact with your team to ensure workload is consistent and transparent.
**Essential requirements for this role**:
- Must be available for in person interview at West Perth office.
- Demonstrated experience a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
- Strong fault-finding skills and technical aptitude ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License and Working with Children Check
- Willingness to work extended hours on standby during the week and weekends as required per a roster.
- Willingness to travel interstate for training regularly.
- Current Australian working rights are essential (Visa sponsorship is not available).
