Full-time Legal Counsel Opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience to join our in-house legal team based at Head Office, Docklands.
You will provide practical, commercial advice across a diverse portfolio covering Sports Entertainment, Parks Resorts, Merchandise, Travel Hospitality and Gaming, helping leaders make confident decisions while protecting our brands and guests.
* Manage legal risk and provide commercial advice across procurement, licensing, partnerships, and operational matters
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, clearly communicating risks and well-reasoned positions
* Conduct legal research, policy development, and governance, support company secretarial activities, and maintain key records
