Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our customer support team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive timely and helpful assistance.

The role offers flexibility for work-life balance, access to our Employee Assistance Program, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

* Provide friendly, face-to-face service and prompt online support to ensure every customer receives timely and helpful assistance.
* Proactively follow up on quotes and inquiries to guide customers through their purchase journey and turn interest into positive sales outcomes.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver on customer needs from tailored product specifications to reliable, on-time delivery.
* Continuously look for new and better ways to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
