About You
You are a highly motivated marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. With experience in a similar role, you possess foundational skills in building and sending email campaigns and communication journeys aligned to various business goals.
This position presents a unique opportunity for growth, where you will need to be a fast learner, adapting quickly to new platforms and processes. Your ability to juggle multiple brands effectively will be essential in thriving within our dynamic environment.
You possess exceptional organisational skills, complemented by strong time management capabilities. This enables you to effectively manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings with tight deadlines.
Key Attributes
* Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and data utilisation
* Data-driven approach to enhancing current marketing activities and implementing new digital initiatives
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems or similar marketing email platforms
* Basic understanding of Wordpress, Google Analytics, and Meta Advertising
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
About The Role
You will support and assist the Marketing & Communications Team to uphold the Journey Beyond direct communication strategy, through the development of email campaigns, communication journeys and data management processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Email campaign building, testing and scheduling across a variety of Journey Beyond brands
* Create custom audiences for email, SMS and direct mail campaigns
* Create and maintain automated data processes for marketing purposes
* End-to-end communication journey development including ideation with brand teams, creation, testing and deployment aligned to customer lifecycles
* Work collaboratively with the in-house design team and Campaign Marketing team to ensure email creative is rolled out in adherence to brand guidelines
* Form creation using third-party form platforms
* Work collaboratively with our Operations Teams and Marketing Teams to support in building and sending of transactional communications
* Maintaining and coordinating a detailed email marketing schedule
* Support in maximising the use of Journey Beyond's Customer Data Platform to create custom audiences and personalisation of communications
* Administration support in Journey Beyond's marketing technology platforms including user management
