What you'll do
- Product Roadmap Execution: Drive the platform's product roadmap, ensuring all product initiatives are aligned with the high-level product vision.
- Product Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their professional growth through clear guidance, regular feedback and strategic direction.
- Platform Integration & Collaboration: Partner with other product leads to ensure seamless integration and a consistent user experience across our entire suite of products within the Cartology domain.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary product partner for our design, marketing, and engineering teams, ensuring a cohesive product experience from concept to launch.
- Data-Driven Product Decisions: Work with your team to define and track key product performance indicators for their respective product areas, using data to inform priorities and measure success.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management role leading a team of product managers, along with a proven track record of scaling products and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Direct experience building and scaling advertising/marketing technology platforms is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical foundation that allows you to engage credibly with engineering and data teams, with the ability to articulate product needs in a way that informs architectural decisions.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
- Key knowledge and attributes inclusive of product acumen, Ad Tech expertise, track record of product leadership and senior-level communication skills.
