ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. About the opportunity Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.We are seeking Graduates with an interest to develop their career in Infrastructure. This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in July 2026. Responsibilities in this role include, but not limited toProject Management of infrastructure/construction and maintenance projectsManagement of contractors and subcontractors to deliver planned and corrective maintenanceResearch, development and implementation of infrastructure/construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standardsAsset management, including cataloguing the asset appropriately, planning maintenance activities, managing warranty requirements and whole of life costing analysis

EligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible. About ASCEstablished in 1985, ASC’s 2500-plus staff offer a depth of submarine design, project management, supply chain, construction and engineering experience and expertise that is unparalleled in Australia’s defence industry. The company’s work on Australia’s nuclear-powered submarine build and the Collins Class Life of Type Extension takes place in Osborne, South Australia, with sustainment shared across Osborne and Henderson, Western Australia. ASC also plays a leading role in training Royal Australian Navy submariners.
