After more than two decades of sustained success, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is now seeking a National Director of Strategic Client Partnerships to join the executive leadership team.
This is not a traditional Business Development role.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity with influence over strategy, growth, client engagement and the future direction of the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving national growth initiatives and developing long term strategic relationships across key sectors and markets.
You will leverage the strength of an already exceptional brand, identify major opportunities, influence market positioning and help shape the next stage of the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute national growth and client partnership strategies
Build relationships with developers, asset owners, operators and consultants
Identify and secure negotiated opportunities and ECI engagements
Drive strategic business development initiatives nationally
Represent the business at executive level industry events and meetings
Lead capability presentations and key client engagement activities
Support tender strategy and project acquisition initiatives
Maintain a healthy and structured national opportunity pipeline
Contribute to strategic planning and leadership decisions
Role Requirements
5+ years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships or sales leadership
Strong network across construction, fit out, refurbishment, property or related sectors
Demonstrated success winning major projects and developing long term client relationships
Executive presence with outstanding communication skills
Commercially astute with strong understanding of construction procurement pathways
Strategic thinker capable of influencing senior stakeholders
Driven, ambitious and relationship focused
