* Previous experience in a high-volume call centre environment.
* Exposure or experience with industrial safety products will be highly regarded.
* Outstanding customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach.
* High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated problem solving skills.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Intermediate MS Office skills are essential.
