Executive Assistant – Talent Pool

Searson Buck is building a talent pool of experienced Executive Assistants for upcoming opportunities in Launceston and the surrounding region. These roles support senior leaders across a range of industries and may be temporary, contract or permanent, depending on business needs.

In these roles, you'll provide high level executive support to senior leaders, working across a range of administrative and coordination tasks, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
* Diary and inbox management for senior leaders
* Meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes and follow ups
* Document preparation and reporting
* Travel and accommodation bookings
* Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Professional communication skills and discretion
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
