About you: In your new role you will * Apply evidence-based practice including in depth checking of all chemotherapy protocols, ensuring that treatment is appropriate. * Contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols that support the continuum of care and assists in developing standards of professional practice relevant to cancer care practice in the pharmacy department and within the service. * Demonstrate high level of computer literacy with multiple electronic medical records and prescribing software. Document clinical activities, incidents and interventions within the approved medical records. About your opportunity: In this position you will * Deliver high level clinical pharmacy services to the Cancer Care Ward and Day Unit including the provision of clinical pharmacy review, patient counselling, advice and consultancy services based on high level knowledge with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. * Provide expert clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding clinical Pharmacy services delivery. * Provide education relevant to the role to the multidisciplinary team in various media.
