The University of the Sunshine Coast is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic scientist in Earth/Environmental Science research focusing on rehabilitating coastal wetlands in Queensland. You will be part of a project investigating whether rehabilitating wetlands can keep pace with local sea level rise. Responsibilities include leading field work, maintaining monitoring infrastructure, and building models informed by statistical processes.
The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor of Science and has strong field leadership skills or willingness to develop them. Experience with field instrumentation and knowledge of coastal processes are desirable.
