This position involves supporting the installation, servicing and maintenance of security system hardware and software, as well as providing diagnostic advice and emergency repair services.
Key responsibilities include managing on-site installations, troubleshooting and identifying causes of malfunction, monitoring equipment performance and providing high-level technical support.

* Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
* Proven technical expertise with Tecom, Integriti, Concept and CCTV systems
* Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
