As the Service Manager at Maroochydore GWM and Renault, you’ll be part of a well-established, family-owned dealership group with over 20 years of success in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast regions. Operating across three locations, Pacific Gympie represents a wide range of leading automotive brands including GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda, Renault, and JAC.

We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop and service operations across our GWM and Renault franchises. You'll be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, driving workshop efficiency, and mentoring a high-performing service team.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily service department operations, ensuring smooth workflow and quality service.
* Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and handle escalated service concerns.
* Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty processes, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with parts, sales, and admin departments for seamless operations.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor.
* Knowledge of GWM, Renault, or other OEM processes preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and service performance metrics.
* Hands-on experience with dealership DMS (e.g., ERA, Auto-IT, Pentana).
