About the Role: Calling all beauty lovers! We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to take the reins on Thanks to Nature—our luxe yet affordable hair and body care brand, spanning shampoo, conditioner, styling, body wash, and shaving products.
Thanks to Nature is Woolworths' fastest-growing hair care brand—even before the 18 new products we just launched in February! This is an exciting opportunity to drive brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement in a fast-moving industry.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy, develop exciting new products, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Brand Strategy – Drive sales, profitability, and consumer engagement through strategic marketing plans. Innovation & NPD – Identify emerging trends and translate insights into concepts for new product launches. Creative Development – Lead and collaborate with our in-house design team & agency partners to create compelling local creative assets. Go-to-Market Activation – Execute product launches and retail activations, including customer presentations and point-of-sale. Performance Monitoring – Track key metrics and report on brand performance, making data-driven recommendations. Direct-to-Consumer Strategy – Develop and manage the DTC strategy, driving engagement and sales through digital channels. About You: 5+ years of experience in FMCG or Pharmacy brand management (beauty industry and/or startup experience preferred). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Exceptional organization & project management skills—thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong communication & presentation skills—a true team player with stakeholder management experience. Self-starter mindset—proactive, innovative, and eager to drive growth via new opportunities. Proven experience in launching NPD—from concept to shelf. Hands-on experience developing & executing marketing and advertising strategies. In-depth knowledge of digital & social media trends, platforms, and best practices. Passionate about innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.
