Compensation range: $1,300 - $1,500 AUD / Monthly

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with AU Perth business hours (approx. 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday & 1 hour lunch break)

Role Overview
This role is a core support & admin position. The Admin Assistant / Client Support VA will support the Director and Customer Care Manager across sales administration, client communication, phone handling, and general operational support. The client is looking for someone who can think independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively resolve issues rather than simply escalating everything to others. The role suits someone who is confident on the phone, organised & solutions-focused.
Key Responsibilities
* Client & Communication Support: Handle incoming calls and respond to or resolve buyer and seller enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Administration: Prepare listing authorities, offer contracts and other documentation contracts.
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, settlement agents, brokers, and inspectors, including coordinating inspections, valuations, and access.
* Track key milestones from acceptance through settlement.
* Assist with compliance follow-ups, invoices, and general admin tasks.
* Maintain accurate CRM records for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Work Arrangement & Expectations
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
* Have a stable and reliable internet connection.
* Willingness to complete trial tasks and assessments as part of the hiring process.
* Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours, with a quiet home workspace suitable for frequent phone calls.
* Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
