Cleaner Job Description
We are seeking a reliable cleaner to join our team at a prestigious golf resort.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and sanitising public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.
* Maintaining restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and spotless.
* Removing trash throughout the property, including regular emptying of bins and recycling.
* Carrying out surface cleaning and floor care tasks, including dusting and polishing furniture and floors.
* Cleaning within gaming and casino areas, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
* Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained, identifying and reporting any hazards or risks.
* Providing excellent customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
* Flexibility to work a rostered schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* An enthusiastic and motivated approach to work, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellent service.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights and lifting heavy objects.
* Excellent customer service skills, with experience interacting with a diverse range of people.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

* Availability to work a variety of shifts across all seven days of the week.
* A willingness to assist in other areas, such as laundry or back-of-house duties as required.
