As a Web and Collaboration Systems Analyst, you will provide technical support and guidance across Microsoft products, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot and SharePoint-based solutions such as the Intranet and the Instructional Material Library.
You will monitor dashboards and task queues, respond to service requests, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure systems operate smoothly and in line with governance.
The Job
As the Web and Collaboration System Analyst, you will be:
Providing technical support, end-user advice and training to system users across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, the Intranet and the Instructional Material Library.
Monitoring dashboards and/or task queues for incoming work.
Responding to service requests, tasks, or actioning workflows in line with procedures.
Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving incidents or technical issues experienced by users.
Note:The merit pool established through this selection process, which is valid for a period of eighteen months from the date the vacancy was advertised in the Public Service Gazette, may also be used to fill future ongoing vacancies in the branch where the duties are of a similar nature.

What we are looking for
Knowledge and experience
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge or experience:
Experience in providing customer service and technical support to diverse user groups.
Experience following and improving standard operating procedures.
Awareness of accessibility, usability, and information management standards in a government context.
Understanding of digital collaboration platforms and content management systems, particularly Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Copilot (advantage but not required).
