Requirements
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change in the lives of others.
* Empathetic, compassionate, and resilient, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Certificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or willingness to obtain).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Driver's license, and NDIS Worker check (or willingness to obtain).
* Availability for 24/7 rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
