Role Description:The Operations Coordinator will assist the Director and BDM with Minespares orders, supplier coordination, marketing support, and admin tasks — helping drive operations and growth for Australia's first mining procurement platform.About Minespares:Minespares is an Australian-built mining procurement platform transforming how the industry sources and supplies heavy equipment parts.
We connect leading suppliers with mining companies across Australia — delivering faster procurement, increased visibility, and greater awareness between miners and the suppliers within the industry.As we continue to scale nationally, we're looking for a capable Operations Coordinator to support our Director and Business Development Manager with the day-to-day running of the business and growth initiatives.The Role:This is a hands-on, fast-paced operations role suited to someone who thrives in an dynamic environment and enjoys seeing a business grow from the inside out.You'll be assisting across multiple areas including:Order Management: Support the processing and coordination of Minespares orders with suppliers and customers.Supplier Coordination: Liaise with our supplier network to ensure parts availability, order status, and smooth communication.Marketing Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage content scheduling, and track results.Administrative Support: Assist the Minespares team with scheduling, document control, CRM updates, and general admin tasks.Business Growth Support: Help streamline internal processes, prepare reports, and assist with onboarding new suppliers and customers.About You:You're proactive, organised, and genuinely excited by the idea of helping a fast-growing mining tech company scale.
You don't mind getting your hands dirty (figuratively) — one minute you're coordinating a customer be onboarded, the next you're helping roll out a marketing campaign.Skills & Attributes:Strong organisational and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholdersProficient with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (experience with Xero, Canva, or Pipedrive is a plus)Previous experience in an operations, admin, or coordinator role (preferably within industrial, mining, or tech environments) - Preferable but not essential.Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
