They specialise in work that involves large and technical projects, with long relationships with major insurance companies. About your new role: The main objective of this role as Construction Site Supervisor is to manage a work sites in which my client is the principal contractor ensuring W H & S obligations are always adhered to and also the below: • Achieve a high Quality of finish to the building works • Communicate and negotiate with trades • Communicate clearly and regularly with both internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate access to properties with owners • Resolve disputes as required • Manage OH&S matters in keeping with legislative, contractual and company requirements • Obtain all necessary final certificates from trades, engineers and certifiers as required.
