Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our hotel team and deliver exceptional guest service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to motivate, coach, and inspire their team. As a Front Office expert, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, leading by example, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

* Lead Guest Services and Inspire Your Team
* Tackle guest challenges with positivity and turn complaints into win-win solutions
* Step up during emergencies and stay calm under pressure
* Team up with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep rooms spotless and systems running smoothly
The Ideal Candidate:
* Natural leadership skills with true people skills – you motivate, coach, and inspire your team
* Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or F&B leadership (or all three)
* Calm, quick-thinking, and solution-focused when challenges come your way
* Professional yet approachable – guests feel at ease with you, even in tricky situations
* Organised, proactive, and flexible with rosters (weekends and public holidays are all part of the fun)
* Experienced with hotel systems (Opera knowledge is a plus)
