* Managing client and worker enquiries via telephone or email with empathy and professionalism.
* Cultivating strong relations with clients and workers, ensuring trust and confidence in the services we provide.
* General administration duties including printing, scanning and filing of documentation into online systems and portals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage challenging workloads and schedules, and have previous experience in a fast-paced Administration or Reception position.
