The Opportunity
CARE Australia (part of CARE International) is an international aid organisation working to defeat global poverty by supporting women and girls to create lasting change in their communities around the world. In this hands‐on digital production role, you will build, test and optimise the supporter‐facing digital assets that power CARE's fundraising campaigns. Your work will directly enable Australians to donate quickly, easily and with confidence. If you're an email/web developer who enjoys building journeys, improving UX and ensuring everything just works, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
* Build, test and publish EDMs, automated journeys, landing and donation pages across MoEngage, Raisley and WordPress
* Maintain and evolve reusable templates for emails, forms and webpages
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues across supporter‐facing assets
* Implement tracking, tagging, segmentation and suppressions to ensure accurate reporting and supporter experience
* Provide campaign performance metrics and make small, data‐driven enhancements to UX and conversion to strengthen supporter experience and maximise impact
* Ensure all assets meet CARE's brand, accessibility, safeguarding and data‐protection standard

About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
* Experience building and testing EDMs, journeys and landing/donation pages within digital marketing or fundraising platforms
* Ability to manage accurate tracking, segmentation and data flows
* Experience with CRMs, email service providers and CMS platforms (e.g. MoEngage, Raisley, WordPress)
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure cross-client/device functionality
* Strong collaboration, time-management and stakeholder communication skills
