Renumeration: $123,974.00 - $152,992.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

About the role
In this senior leadership position, you will guide the delivery of high-quality, specialist clinical services in line with NSW Health standards. You'll play a critical role in shaping service excellence and driving innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating SAS and VAN services, including the VAN on-call model
* Providing advanced clinical supervision, consultation, and professional support
* Driving service development, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Building strong partnerships with NSW Police, DCJ, NGOs, Aboriginal-led organisations, and internal programs
* Influencing statewide policy, planning, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

* Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
* Extensive experience in a related clinical or leadership role
