Your new role
As the Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, coordinating, and embedding change across a portfolio of business and project initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Change and supported by a Change Associate, you will lead the development and delivery of change management strategies that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure business benefits are realised. You will partner closely with project leads, initiative owners, and operational teams to:
Identify organisational, customer, and workforce impacts arising from project-driven changeDevelop and deliver structured change management plans aligned to project timelines and strategic objectives.Coach leaders and stakeholders to build buy-in, embed new behaviours, and realise benefits.Coordinate process development and documentation to support new ways of workingLead day-to-day change activities, ensuring strong alignment between people, process, and technology.Build communication plans and engage stakeholders through clear, proactive messagingMaintain effective quality control, risk management and progress reportingAct as a conduit between project teams and impacted groups, promoting consistent change in practice.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong influencing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive tangible outcomes in a complex environment.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Experience delivering end-to-end change management across business, system or process initiativesQualifications or equivalent experience in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Lean, HCD, Agile)Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and the full project lifecycleDeep knowledge of how people transition through change, and techniques for driving adoptionExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to influence leaders and manage complex stakeholder environmentsExperience embedding change sustainably and delivering benefits realisationAbility to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and support teams through transformation
