In this full-time, office-based role located in Varsity Lakes, QLD, you will play a key part in providing expert legal advice and support to our growing property law practice.What you'll be doingDrafting, reviewing and negotiating complex property-related contracts and documentsAdvising on all aspects of property law, including conveyancing, commercial and residential leases, and property developmentConducting property-related research and providing strategic counsel to clientsManaging a diverse caseload and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality legal servicesMentoring and supporting junior members of the legal teamContributing to the continuous improvement of our property law practiceWhat we're looking for4+ years' post-qualification experience in property law, ideally gained within a commercial law firm or in-house legal teamComprehensive knowledge of property law, including conveyancing, leasing, and developmentExcellent contract drafting, negotiation, and client management skillsA strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused adviceExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationshipsA collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to the development of the wider legal teamFamiliar with PEXA, Queensland Titles eLodgement, and Leap Legal (preferred but not essential)What we offerAt Salerno Law, we pride ourselves on creating an environment where our people can thrive.
