Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate audits with consideration of audit risk issues, ensuring audits are executed in compliance with policies and protocols.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Experience delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
* Leadership experience in planning, execution, and reporting on audits.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach.
* Knowledge of accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.
* Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing value-added recommendations.
